EVENTS
NAMIPALOOZA
NAMIPALOOZA is our annual fundraising festival. NAMIPALOOZA is mainly a concert and art auction. The concert consists of local acts as well as NAMI on Campus members performing. We accept art donations all year for this event and hold a silent auction during the concert. This will be held on the TWU campus at Hubbard Hall. Along with live music and art, the event also features monologues, spoken word, and educational booths to educate the community about mental health concerns. We will also be auctioning off products and gift cards from local businesses in support of NAMI on Campus. You can purchase tickets in the store.
MENTAL MOVIES
Each month, NAMI on Camous presents a movie related to mental health. We screen the movie and then hold a discussion afterwards regarding the film and what people's thought are sorrounding it. These movies have previously included, "Prozac Nation" and "Girl, Interrupted" This is a fun way to get people on campus talking about mental health and NAMI on Campus. Exact dates and films can be found on the calendar.
MONTHLY MEETINGS
Once a month, NAMI on Campus holds a meeting for our members and people that are newly interested in NAMI. These meetings educate our members about our efforts and are an open forum for ideas.
